You know you could have more -
But old experiences, trauma, infertility, Relationship struggles or insecurity are keeping you from feeling as fulfilled, motivated, confident, and present.
You're in the right place.
You have dreams and goals.
Some days you feel strong, motivated, even hopeful.
Other days it's harder to get out of your head, feel steady, or find your footing.
You feel stuck. Unmotivated.
Behind. And at times, hopeless.
There are real, good things in your life to appreciate.
But it's hard to be present consistently to truly enjoy them.
Something keeps pulling you back.
Old experiences. Trauma. Relationship struggles. Infertility. Disappointment. Fear.
If you’re like many of my clients, you want:
To finally exhale.
To wake up feeling calmer, clearer, motivated, and connected to yourself.
To trust yourself in your decisions, your relationships, and your direction.
To feel grounded, even when life feels uncertain.
To be present enough to actually enjoy your life - not just wait for things to change.
To understand what’s been holding you back and .how to get unstuck and actually move toward your goals.

You never imagined trying to grow your family would be this hard.
Every month, you gather the hope and energy to try again—and every disappointing pregnancy test or treatment outcome can leave you wondering how you're supposed to pick yourself back up.
And then sometimes you're told to wait. A month. Maybe a few. When you already feel like the clock is ticking, being told there’s nothing to do but wait can feel unbearable.
Meanwhile, pregnant bellies, baby showers, and families growing around you seem to be everywhere. You may not even want to go out anymore. Your partner may not know how to help. Sex can start to feel like another task on the fertility calendar.
And somewhere in all of this, you can start to lose yourself.
Therapy can give you a place to pause this exhausting cycle for a moment. To breathe. To remember who you are outside of appointments, treatments, waiting, and pregnancy tests.
Together, we can make room for what hurts without letting infertility become your whole reality. You can reconnect with yourself, your body, and your partner; make decisions with greater clarity; and find your way back to joy, confidence, and hope. Taking care of yourself isn't separate from your fertility journey—it can become an important part of the path forward.

“How can I feel this angry, hurt, or resentful toward the person I love the most?”
Maybe you keep having the same argument. Or maybe you've stopped talking about the things that matter because it feels easier than being hurt or misunderstood again. One of you may be thinking, “Do you even care?” while the other feels overwhelmed or afraid that anything they say will make things worse.
You can feel frustrated, helpless, and alone—sometimes barely recognizing yourself or the relationship you've built together.
You know the love is there. You just don't know how to get back to each other. Waiting or holding things inside can quietly create even more distance.
Therapy gives you a place to pause the cycle of blame, hurt, or distance. To slow things down, feel safe enough to really hear each other, and understand what's happening underneath - so you can reach each other differently and feel like you're on the same team again.
-
“Why am I struggling with this? Is something wrong with me?”
Your emotions can shift. You can feel excited and hopeful- and then suddenly flooded, scared, overwhelmed, flat, or empty.
Being around people can feel hard and overwhelming-and somehow, you can still feel deeply alone.
Sleep, relationships, and everyday life can feel harder. You may avoid certain people, places, or memories without always understanding why.
Hoping things will get better with time can work for some things. But trauma doesn’t always fade just because time passes.
Trauma-informed therapy gives you a place to feel understood and supported at your pace—without being pushed before you’re ready.

“Why do I keep doubting myself when I know I have so much to offer?”
Self-doubt creeps back in. You compare yourself, feel less than, shut down, or make yourself small. And it hurts - because you have dreams, you see your gifts, and you want to actually enjoy the life you have.
Some days you feel motivated, hopeful, even good about yourself. But it doesn't always last.
What if you could feel free?
Free to trust yourself, feel good enough, and go after what you want—even when you're scared. To look back and feel proud that fear didn't get to decide your life.
Therapy can help you understand what keeps pulling you back, strengthen your sense of self, and feel freer to go after the life you want.
