Therapy for Fertility, Couples, Trauma & Self-Worth
Real support for when life feels stuck, overwhelming, or out of your hands.
Together, we’ll work through the emotional weight — with honesty, warmth, and tools that meet you where you are.
You’re Here Because…
Some part of you knows this feels heavier than you can carry alone.
You might be exhausted from trying to figure it all out — emotionally, physically, and in your relationships.
Maybe you feel like you should be farther along by now… and it hurts that you’re not.
You may wrestle with self‑doubt, a sense of being “not enough,” or the nagging feeling that others seem to handle life better than you do. You know you could feel better — but taking that first step or believing that change is possible can feel daunting.
The fact that you’re even reading this tells me something important:
You’re ready for support that’s real — the kind that helps you understand what’s happening, feel what’s true, and actually make changes. This is work that involves your mind, your body, your relationships, and your daily life.

Trauma doesn’t just live in your mind - it lives in your body, your relationships, and the way you move through the world. I offer a grounded, integrative approach to healing using EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic tools that help you process safely and gently.
Whether you’re holding past pain, feeling chronically overwhelmed, or just not feeling like “yourself,” this work helps you come back to center - with more calm, clarity, and internal steadiness.
-
Sometimes it’s not one big crisis - it’s a slow sense of feeling lost, disconnected, or like you’re not yourself anymore. Whether it’s after years of putting others first, going through big life shifts, or questioning your worth, therapy gives you space to reconnect with who you are.
Together, we work to untangle old patterns, rebuild self-trust, and help you feel more grounded and steady in your daily life - not just on the outside, but within.
